Donations

Ozzy's is happy to help bring a smile to someones face with a donation from our Family Fun Center.  We welcome one request per year from non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations.  Requests should be faxed or mailed to Ozzy's Family Fun Center C/O Laura Seibert, at least four weeks before the event.  Donation requests will not be taken over the phone.  Please include the following information on Letterhead:

• Name of organization or group
• Contact person and phone number
• Date and purpose of the event
• Number of people attending
